The hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the food was very good and clean, offering tasty meals thanks to the Joker team's activities and fun games. However, there were some major drawbacks like the need for a carpenter to change the door lock's battery, resulting in a broken door. The pillows were incredibly hard, leading to neck pains that required painkillers. The TV channels were mostly scrambled, and the balcony view was not pleasant, overlooking an ugly garden with limited depth in the beach water and a significant crow presence.

To be honest, I was a bit let down by my stay at the hotel. The rooms left much to be desired, with issues like a broken door lock and uncomfortable pillows. The TV was a letdown too, with most channels being a mess. The balcony view was not pleasant at all.

The hotel has some positives like clean rooms and good food but also has some issues such as confusion during check-in and lack of communication regarding pool rules. The staff are nice and helpful but with some doubts about guest status. The location has friendly and professional staff helping to make the stay enjoyable, although there were some unpleasant experiences with the night receptionist. The dining experience varies with good options but can also be disappointing at times.
